Roles we're hiring for
Warehouse Optimization, Business Development Manager
We're looking for someone who is a warehouse expert with a strong network in the sector. Someone who can quickly spot where warehouse operations lose time and money, build the business case and guide stakeholders to a decision.
About Optioryx
We build software that makes warehouse work faster and more efficient.
Our software runs in warehouses in 28 countries, from Mexico to Australia. Big 3PLs, e-commerce fulfilment sites and medtech industry. We are an enthusiastic team in Ghent.
What you'll do
Open doors through the people you already know in the sector.
Map how the warehouse actually flows, then back it with numbers.
Work with our product and tech team to run POCs and prove the savings on the customer's own data.
Carry a project through discovery, business case, and proposal.
Who you are
A seasoned logistics professional.
You know a lot of people in warehousing, 3PL, retail, or e-fulfillment.
You understand operations well enough that the right fix is obvious to you before the numbers confirm it.
You're comfortable enough on the commercial side to guide a longer, business-case-driven conversation. You don't need to be a career salesperson; the expertise comes first, the sale follows.
Fluent English and Dutch.
Why it's worth your time
A shot at conquering the world together. Optioryx is a rocket already mid-launch, active in 28 countries, from Mexico and the US to Australia, and climbing fast.
An ambitious, enthusiastic group of people to build with.
A financially stable company behind you.
Something that actually works, with results customers can measure themselves, and a category you help build from its early days.
The total opposite of corporate. Real ownership from day one and a go-get-it mentality.
Direct access to the founders, so decisions are fast and the scope is yours to shape.
Warehouse Analyst / Customer Success
A warehouse manager sends us a year of order data and a floor plan. He wants to know how his warehouse is doing. How much do his pickers get done per hour? What does he pay for transport? What’s the fill rate of the shipping boxes and pallets? And what can he improve? Your job is to answer that with numbers he can act on. After that, you onboard the customer and advice them to get the most out of our software.
About Optioryx
We build software that makes warehouse work faster and more efficient.
Our product is called Pulse. It tells you where in the warehouse to position your SKUs, how optimal picking plans look like and what the right box sizes are for your order/item profile. It connects to your WMS and increases picking productivity by 20-30%. It also builds a digital twin of the warehouse, so you can test changes before anyone moves a pallet.
Our software runs in warehouses in 28 countries, from Mexico to Australia. Big 3PLs, e-commerce fulfilment sites and medtech industry. We are an enthusiastic team in Ghent.
What you will do
Profile the warehouse and build the business case. This is the main part of the job:
Load the customer's order data, SKU master and warehouse layout into Pulse Studio, our digital twin.
Work out how the warehouse runs today. Picker productivity, lines per hour, transport cost per order, fill rate.
Find where the productivity improvements are. Run what-if scenarios for slotting, picking and transport.
Explain what you found and present it to the customer yourself.
Run the projects. Customers ask us to look at their warehouse before they decide. Slotting studies, picking PoCs, pallet stacking, cartonization. Real deadlines. You run them from start to finish.
Get customers live. Set up Pulse so it matches how their warehouse works. Map their data, train the team on the floor, and be the person they call when something goes wrong.
Tell product what is broken. You will spot problems with the tool before anyone else does. Write them up, take them to the product owner, test the fix.
Who we are looking for
You like data. A WMS export with 200,000 rows does not scare you. You know your way around Excel: pivot tables, lookups, cleaning up data. SQL or Python is a bonus, not a must.
You know how a warehouse works. You know what a wave is, why replenishment matters, and what happens on the floor when SKUs are positioned badly. Maybe you worked in a warehouse, maybe you were a consultant, maybe you studied it and spent a lot of time on site. Either way, you can walk the aisles with an ops manager and understand his operations.
You can explain things. You can tell a Logistics director what the numbers mean and tell a team leader what changes on Monday. In Dutch and English. French helps.
You have a continuous improvement mindset. You find this stuff interesting. Warehouses, throughput, spotting the thing nobody else saw.
You take responsibility. Small team, real deadlines. You pick things up yourself.
Nice to have
Worked at a logistics consultancy, a 3PL, or in warehouse operations
Know your way around WMS systems and how they export data
Studied business engineering, industrial engineering or supply chain. Or learned it on the job.
Done slotting, ABC analysis or picking optimization before
What is in it for you
Direct contact with customers. You are in front of logistics directors and operations managers. You have ownership of your analysis work.
Impact you can see on the floor. Your suggestions change operational processes at our clients.
A young team that moves fast. We are a small, enthusiastic crew in Ghent. Short lines and fast decisions. You will learn from colleagues directly.
A market conform salary. A salary and perks in line with the market for your experience.
Room to grow. We are scaling in 28 countries, and your role grows with you. Depending on what you are good at, this can go towards customer success, solution consulting or helping the product team.
We are going hard (doubling customer base every year), and we expect the same from you.

AI / Optimization Engineer
Build the optimization models and AI systems behind our products. You care whether the output delivers actual value during operations, not just in theory.
Integration Engineer
Connect our software to the systems warehouses already use: WMS, ERP, mobile devices, and everything in between, e.g. SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Netsuite, Infios, Generix.
Business Development
Own the commercial conversation with warehouse and supply chain leaders across the world. You know logistics, or you learn it fast.
Growth Marketeer
Take a technical product to a technical audience and make the pipeline grow. Content, campaigns, positioning, and the numbers behind them.
