"What took a few minutes is now taking only a few seconds. We rolled it out across all our sites with hundreds of operators using it."
Van Moer Logistics, a Belgian full-service logistics provider operating across 40 locations with nearly 1,000,000 m² of warehousing, has implemented Flux to digitize its warehouse data capture flows.
With over 2,200 employees handling transportation, warehousing, and tank container logistics across multiple industries, Van Moer needed a mobile data gathering solution that was fast to deploy, flexible to configure, and easy for operations teams to use without IT involvement.
No standard process, no linked photos, too much manual work
Before implementing Flux, Van Moer's data capture relied on paper forms and Excel sheets. Checklists were filled in inconsistently, photos were taken separately and never formally linked to the right order, and dimensions were recorded by hand.
The manual process created extra work at every step, for operations teams completing the checklists and for customer service teams retrieving documentation after the fact. Completed forms had to be scanned and manually pushed into the WMS, adding unnecessary handling time to every task.
A solution the team could build and change themselves
Van Moer evaluated several digital checklist solutions before choosing Flux. The ability to build and modify flows independently, without relying on IT, was a deciding factor.
Beyond the no-code flow builder, the AI vision scanning capability was a key differentiator. The ability to automatically capture seals and container numbers removed a manual step that had previously required operator input on every inspection.
"The AI vision scanning feature, the automatic capture of seals and container numbers, was a plus for us."
Van Moer now uses Flux across multiple use cases: cargo inspections, digital checklists, item dimensioning, and photo capture, all completed on a mobile device and linked directly to the right order in the WMS.
Up and running without formal onboarding
One of the practical advantages of Flux for Van Moer was how quickly the team could get started. The drag-and-drop flow builder allowed operators to begin building and using flows almost immediately.
This meant Van Moer could move fast without a lengthy implementation process or dedicated training programs across its 40 locations.
Hours saved per shift, across hundreds of operators
Since implementing Flux, Van Moer has eliminated manual checklist scanning, reduced admin work for both operations and customer service, and standardized how data is captured across every site.
With hundreds of operators now running on Flux across all 40 sites, Van Moer is already working on expanding its use of Flux further within its logistics operations.

Questions?
A data capture flow is a step-by-step process you design in Flux to guide how information is collected. Each flow can include multiple modules like barcode scan, text extraction, photo capture, mobile dimensioning, or filling in custom fields. Flows ensure teams follow the same sequence, capture the right data every time, and automatically generate structured records that can be shared or sent to your WMS, TMS, or ERP.
Yes, your team can create different data capture flows. You can build and edit flows for various processes, including, but not limited to, cargo inspections, return logistics, or inbound receiving. Connect different modules based on your processes: from simple data capture to advanced AI modules.
No, Flux is used across logistics: warehousing, transportation, 3PLs, cross-docks, field inspections and returns processing. Flows can be customised for each customer, location or logistics task.
Flux is free to use. When you’re ready to scale, pricing is based on usage. Whether you’re scanning a handful of items per day or thousands per week, there’s a plan to fit your operations.
