What You'll Do
- Take the lead in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Create targeted outreach campaigns (target audience, product, messaging) to attract and engage new clients.
- Engage in cold calling and cold emailing to introduce Optioryx to potential clients, creating meaningful conversations that lead to opportunities.
- Analyze and improve: Dive into the numbers, learn what works and keep refining.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how Optioryx can help.
- Collaborate with our team to refine and execute our sales strategy.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into challenges, embracing the fast-paced, ambitious nature of a growing startup.
- Help establish the foundation of our sales team, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
- Work together with our customer success team for client onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make an impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for analytics.
- Communication skills: skilled at building rapport, explaining ideas and persuading effectively.
- Focus on results: You know how to seal the deal and deliver impact
- A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
- A true go-getter, a hunter that thrives on finding and closing deals.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales & startups is a big plus
- Prior experience in logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, and/or Clay is a bonus.
- High likeability factor: You know how to connect with people and leave a positive impression.
